AP sued TH last year, and I think a settlement was reached in that case as well. These are bold steps for AP that will establish a proper precedent for future wrongdoings.

There are thousands of fake watches (including AP) sold at open air night market in Kuala Lumpur. I wonder why AP is keeping silent here. Regards Ling
