I definitely prefer the 39mm model. The triangular marker at 12 is charming and unique. You have really captured the beauty of this watch with your photos. It is quite possibly the most successful "if you can only own one single AP" AP :-) Wear it with sh...

I've bought and sold this watch a few times. I usually regret selling it because I reckon it's one of the best chronographs going around. The price on the secondhand market, I think, makes it a bargain. You're getting a hell of a watch for the money.

It fits you perfectly. The blue lume on silver white dial is just beautiful. I also have small wrists so fully appreciate the beauty of the 39mm case Royal Oaks.

ROC's lume is beautiful indeed, but not long lasting enough for a sports watch… But... is ROC a sports watch or a sporty watch? :)

I want to echo the amazing photo comments. These are all really impressive! I picked up a second hand 26300 in January, excuse the useless photo: I know I haven't owned it for long, but I completely agree with your comments. The finishing, especially the ...  

If I were to choose a 26300 with a two-tone dial, your blue/orange dial would be my top choice. Great taste my friend :)

What a great post, thank you for taking the time to do such a fantastic review. The watch looks amazing. I had one question. Does your 26300 have a 25860 dial swapped into it? Or is your 26300 one of the 'rare' models that was released during the transiti... 

I don't know if my ROC is special… It is a ref. 26300 and I believe the dial with grand tapisserie pattern is the latest and correct design to that reference according to all the catalogues and online materials I've seen. If I'm not wrong, the earlier ROC... 

thanks so much for the review. I am also interested in the 26300st because it's 39mm but wanted to ask if the pics you posted were the 26300st or a rare early edition 26300st with older 25860 dial? I ask because as I look at the used market and AP website... 

I think it is a better size for a chrono.

Both 39mm & 41mm ROC are nice, each has their uniqueness. I like the 39mm SS ROC better because it wears nicer on my wrist, and I prefer it's dial details compared to the 41mm one's. But when come to RGROC, the 41mm like yours is certainly outstandin...

The details are exquisite. They never cease to amaze me as well. Thank you for taking them. I also agree w/ the sizing: 39mm just feels more right. For the chrono & the 15300, time only. Glad to have mine. Wearing it now & just love every angle.
