A bit of a mixed bag, and no, the new in-house chronograph isn’t among them. Say hello to one of the new 26331 20th Anniversary ROCs... Titanium with Platinum bezel and inter-links/plots. Also available in orange, yellow, and green. Full ceramic 44 ROOC, ...

From Audemars Piguet to Royal Oak. There is virtually nothing outside the RO line this year - a few new dial colours in the Jules Audemars line and some diamond-encrusted thingies; that\'s it. It seems that AP is intent on making every possible variation ... 

Some other beautiful stuff as well. To be honest I'm just as happy that they stuck with the F. Piguet for now, assuming prices stay where they are - or are reduced

I really like the new dials more than the existing 41mm ROC dials.

I think the updated layout and new color schemes have added a lot of interest to the dials and I think AP has done a great job here. Looking forward to seeing them in the flesh.

Saves me a lot of work

I don't like neeither 15400 nor 26320, the date is almost in the middle of the dial. Proportion's balance is still lacking and it will always be. I'm not expecting something real interesting, except some turbo (tourbillon for friends) or other complicated... 

...about the date window placement. I assume you had the same complaint about the previous model because I don't see much difference in the placement on this new model. Here's the old one for comparison. Aside from it being slightly less centered between ...  

There are people who like the RO 15400, so to each his own

...why can't it just be a blue dial without the coloured accents and minute hand? Nearly there but not quite. Thank you for posting this.

I'm not usually a fan of openworked dials because they can significantly impact legibility, but this one is really beautiful.

Now I am reading that the new Tourbillon Extra-Thin and the new ROC with be boutique only. Kind of tough on the dealers who invest in special spaces to sell AP.

My understanding is that only the Ti/Pt ROC will be boutique only. The rest will be available through ADs. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

This new AP Royal Oak Frosted Gold comes in 37mm & 33mm for ladies. My guess is next year at SIHH 2018, we'll see these available in larger Royal Oak sizes for men? This frosted finish totally caught me off guard. I never thought of this kind of RO va...
