Hello Friends! I have just returned from a 1 week business trip to China. What an amazing country.
Naturally, I sought out AP's Boutique located at the Shin Kong Place mall. The space is not huge, but the store is extremely nice, and they had a phenomenal inventory on hand.
I quickly looked at a few special pieces, like this Royal Oak Chronograph Milan Limited Edition. Fx, I must admit, in person I found this one quite a bit more tempting than in photos. I'm glad you have it.
I would not trade my steel 15202 for anything, but I sure could see adding the gold version. It is a great combination.
And despite the added weight of the gold case and bracelet, I think it is highly wearable.
I have lots to catch up on the forum and otherwise. Happy to be back here with all of you

To visit a culture so different than ours is eye opening. The Chinese people I met are very meticulous, hard working, and prideful. I hold those qualities dear myself, and naturally respect others who do.

I visited China primarily for business purposes. My associate there was with me when we visited the boutique. It was all I could do the get the shots and coverage I did ;-)
Excellent coverage.... but looking for more 44 footage :-)
Love the pictures, inventory, and commentary... Beijing is an awesome city, but I can't help but wish for some pictures of the 44 inventory?!
I hope you can accept my apology as I did not handle any 44s this time.
Maybe some other photos I have snapped in the past will help ...

These were ALL MINE .... Absolutely stunning photography of some truly spectacular 44s. That's a pretty special group of photos. I never ever thought that I would say this, but your photos of the Panda have made me reconsider what I might want to acquire ...

As I replied above to Ed, my Chinese associate was with me. It was an eye opening experience for him to see such expensive watches up close. For obvious reasons, I did not overdo it. And for the only time ever, I was glad I was not wearing an AP!
