Winder?
Royal Oak Jumbo - is it recommended to keep it on a winder when not wearing, or is it better to let it wind down and then wind it again when wearing again?
I know, I should wear everyday but don't always get a chance to.
If a winder is recommended, any tips on winders and the appropriate revolutions per minute, etc.?
Thanks for the advice!

.. no need to put automatic watches on the winder. The only issue may be the date, right? But if you spare one minute to adjust the time and the date, you hand wind 10 times, and off you go! But, it is recommended to have the watch work once a month, if y...

Thanks Ken. I don't mind winding it at all; I just wasn't sure if it's better to let the watch keep running instead of stopping and starting. I definitely wear it more than once a month, just not everyday. I'm assuming if one is lucky to have a perpetual,...
Fine either way.

It is said that if you keep the watch running, the "servicing" or "overhaul" interval would/ should be shorter because, obviously, the inside would be worn faster. If you work the watch once a month, naturally, the servicing interval would/ should be long...
