Yeap, this question was asked online.
Tony Haas of product development stated; "Due to the special characteristics of the honey colored gold it is unfortunately not possible to produce a deployant buckle..."
How unfortunate. Fortunately; the models that are currently available in honey gold probably aren't watches that I would wear every day. So the loss isn't substantial.
I really love that 1815 Moonphase in honey gold with its guilloche dial and its rather unusually decorated movement. If I got one, I'd wear it often; but I'd have to live without a deployant.
