Ever since I accidently dropped a WG Chono onto a tile floor when it slipped out of my hand while unbuckling it, I've used deployants on all of my watches. I currently have one on my platinum 1815 moonphase. It's better to be safe than sorry, especially if one is prone to occasional bouts of clutziness

I also love the new 1815 Moonphase, Patrick, to the point that I have put a deposit down on one, but I can live with putting a PG deployant on the watch, as I alway wear deployants on my watches. When you actually think about it, who's really going to not...
From what I've heard from someone who has seen the watch...
The watch has more of a yellow/white gold sheen to it, although some of the photographs depict it as having more of a pink gold sheen to it. Therefore, it may be more prudent to utilize a different color gold deployant buckle.
I saw the new "honey gold" watches ...
and believe me, a PG deployant won´t look good, at least for my taste. WG and PT is not perfect, but OK. Honey gold and RG, doesn´t work :-(
