Interesting how the sound (or your ears/brain) has changed over the past few months. Glad it's for the better!

I was also very pleasantly surprised after hearing the production model. Frankly, the prototype during W&W was quite underhwelming. When a friend received his though, I did not want to believe that it was the same watch! No longer the deliveries started c... 

I agree. The demo did not sound great. I still wonder how well it would sound if it was made in white gold.

...but the dial is damn near perfect : )
