A. Lange & Söhne

Sweet dilemma

This is the kind of problem I would love to have ^^

Personally, I would choose a Lange 1 Timezone in either White Gold or Platinum. It's a personal thing but I'm not a big fan of yellow gold.

Lange 1 Timezone is actually my next goal (fingers crossed) after tremendous amount of research (the process which is very enjoyable for me). For my lifestyle, any watch i wear must have either a GMT or a world-time function so that removes the Grand Lange 1 from my personal consideration.

For the little boy in me, I also find it fun to just play around with world-time complication.

in term of how to read the Lange 1 Timezone, there's a small triangle arrow on the smaller dial at the 5 o'clock position. The time on the smaller dial reflects that of the city that the arrow points to. Clicking on the button (I forgot which one...either the 10 o'clock or 7 o'clock) will rotate the city flange.

The time on the smaller dial will move accordingly...corresponding to the new city that that the small arrow points to. Also, the little day/night circle/indicator to the left of the small dial will also rotate in-sync with the aforementioned actions.

Interestingly, the Nomos Zürich Weltzeit works under similar principal.

My apology if my explanation is not so clear. This question also gives you an excuse to go to your local AD to hands-on with the Lange 1 Timezone...something I love to do over-and-over...until they get sick of me because I have yet to buy haha.
