I was the same with my 1815 up down...I was convinced that I wanted the white gold, was even thinking of buying it online without even trying any others, but then a work trip took me in the vicinity of an AD and I was able to try on a rose gold, and it just spoke to me so much more. It’s the perfect tone.

A superb watch, enjoyed mine very much for several years.
While I went with the PT, more wearable day to day for me, the RG is by far the more beautiful watch. It doesn’t get much better than this.
This is a great choice.
Platinum is the favored metal by many (most?) people but the RG, especially with a black dial, is a beautiful watch. I bet you’ll be looking at your wrist all the time when you get it. Pun intended.

I generally prefer white metal pieces but this is one exception for me. The RG with black dial is outstanding and that is what I went with too.
