I've seen Langematik twice in metal from fellow purists and this time piece is drooling over my mind since then.
perfectly sized platinum case at 37mm, a gorgeous enamel dial and the micro rotor movement is just breathtaking...
only trouble, not easy find one...when I see one, either it is incomplete set or I doubtful about the source !

This is for sure an exquisite timepiece . You have impeccable taste! It took me a while to figure out that I enjoy the "hunt' more than the acquisition

The Anniversary was "big mistake" (numerically) that so many enthusiasts continue to benefit from!
Consider this: It's the year 2001, Lange is making about 5000 watches per year, and the brand releases a limited edition of FIVE HUNDRED (500) pieces to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the brand's modern inception! Making 500 examples of the same watch ...
I agree, even with current Lange production 500 is a big number for an LE
the value is the overall package…Pt case, enamel dial with a microrotor movement and a zero reset…that at a retail price of 23k ! If it had been 39 or 40mm case, I think it would have been much appreciated than the current size imho. Best, Mahesh.,
I am always partial to the 1815 range
but the dial of the Langematik Anniversary is one of Lange's best creations ever.
I do agree, 1815 is the great classic range - even better finished than Patek...
it is quite rare, Lange offers enamel dial in the entry level with only Langematic Anniv. & FA Lange Anniv. being the exceptions. Best, mahesh.,
