Not appealing to me at least.
I us d to take a close look on the dial, which seems to be rougher than ordinary dial. The consequence of the rough dial is that the letters and numbers printed on it tend to spread, resulting in a blurred painting. Similar issue comes with Richard Lange Jumping Seconds.
