A. Lange & Söhne

My only gripe from what I have read is the size.

Apart from that, I like how it looks, I like that it is an added complication on top of the original jump hour so in that regard, I feel the sanctity of the original Zeitwerk is preserved which would not be so if the Zeitwerk was released in a plethora of colors and metals with no new complication enhancement.  As much as I like the Phantom over the original Zeitwerks, for me, if anything "corrupted" the original virtue of the Zeitwerk, its the Phantiom, That said, I think the sapphire dial is a nice aesthetic touch.  Just me of course.

As for being dissapointed by a less than full repeater, could it be that Lange is a victim of its own high exacting standards which has led us to expect no less... from Lange?  When Chopard LUC released the Strike One, were the same views expressed and felt?  If not, is it becuase it is Chopard and not Lange? Maybe Lange just wanted to more tiome being it unleashes that repeater of repeaters... but if so, then perhaps this is deemed by some an unnecessary compromise by Lange?

For me, I like this Zeitwerk Striker save the size but I am guessing it will cost a lot more than my Strike One going by the Phantom's pricing.

Thanks again for the pics and thread FX.
