If I were you, I would report about the case at the police, where you originally made the file!
And I would also contact with a local lawyer colleauge from Hong-Kong, what is the local law in this issue.
Anyway, the situation is not so simple: there could be a conflict of property rights and interests between You and the Consignee, therefore Aq must hold the watch until the dispute hasn't solved.
You are on the better position, because you can prove your property right easy, the Consignee must have at least a receipt of purchase from a dealer and a good faith.
I don't know what would be the applicable substantial law and what does that law says: could a bona fide Third Party get a property law on a stolen good at all?
Wish you all the Best, Nico!

Adam
