I'm really hoping they refresh the Dato in this style. I've always wanted a 39mm dato but have been put off because of the comments on this site regarding wearability. Not a fan of the current up/down...
Great choice: the gen. 1 data dial is my favourite. It has quirky, unique character and is the classic of the two.
What an amazing watch - and they've given the HWK treatment to the venerable L951 too! Extraordinary.
Looks terrific, and I love the throwback look to the original Dato -- such a strong, timeless design.
I thought at first it would have been offered in Honey Gold, which would be even better IMO. Cheers, John
