Starting from accurate six marks on the dial to read 1/6 th of a second, as this RL supposed to be a observatory watch, and
ending on the extra clock work that sits on top ofthe movement to create a smooth running second hand: this RL delivers!

Long Time Coming ...
Am still able to recall the first time I held a Lange in my hands, an 1815, 40mm gorgeous size, unparalleled movement finish, balanced dial, lots going for it .. It was then that I knew I had to own a Lange at some point ..... However, procrastination set...

The way I like it ... a sleeper to the untrained ;) The current Lange 1 with the new mvt is another favourite , and naturally the Datograph ... Btw, my better half dozed off when I rattled some of those to her ... go figure !

A superb choice! The sweeping seconds hand sets this one apart from the others as a precision instrument. You have a problem ahead though : one Lange is never enough. :) cheers fernando

I had the pleasure of trying on the boutique edition in white gold. It wasn't the Lange I was hoping to see when I visited the boutique, but it's the Lange that I cannot forget.

Was dead set on either a Lange 1 or Dato (mostly the latter). However, set eyes upon this ... rest is history :D
