Over a week ago, I requested an appointment online after receiving an email from Lange inviting me to do so. Crickets -- no follow-up. After waiting about a week, I called the boutique to arrange a time to go in soon. When I called, I didn't ask if there was some breakdown in their online booking/request system -- if perhaps our online requests aren't being forwarded/read/responded to due to a technical glitch. The fact that several of us (and presumably a bunch of other people not on this forum) experienced this same issue makes me wonder about that.
