I first discovered Lange 10 years ago. I was already familiar with German manufacturers as a sweet alternative to The Swiss. Previously I was one of the fortunate few who had the opportunity to own a Dornbluth 04.0. My very first Lange was a yellow gold 3...
I really like the size ( pretty much perfect on your wrist ) the dial layout with small seconds is elegant and finally those blued hands! So Sweet! Seems you made a great trade! Awesome, happy for you!
I myself is new to A Lange ownership, eventjough I have read about it for a long time. now I ask myself everyday, "what took u so long" đ my humble entry level says hi ...
Yes, I remember you posting your font runners and choices, narrowing down the options. And then also your new watch arrival post. You chose well, gorgeous Lange! Congrats again! There is no denying, it is something special on the wrist đ
This model is so simple but so so perfect. Who needs more? I have the same feeling with the Breguet Classique line. You can't beat classy models. I will try and get one one day. I still have Nico's moonphase imprinted on my retina. He even allowed me to t...
Speaking of maturity , Iâm now 45, so maybe my Mid Life Crisis arrived a few years early?? đđ Itâs been quite a journey, and this latest incoming has been most satisfying ! I wish you the best in acquiring your Breguet Classic one day, and look forward to...
I'll share the Breguet here is soon as it arrives. Still browsing and comparing models, I am not planning to get many so it will have to be the good one. Best, E.
Sure, you can have a chronograph that you never use. Or a perpetual calendar (very impressive and a very smart watch, but a pain to set, hence most of which aren't set correctly). Or even a Zeitwerk striking time (very impressive and very cool; but it's b...
Yes I remember speaking with you about 1815! I will never use any of the above mentioned features , which is one of the reasons I chose this. Sometimes simple is better. I agree it doesnât get any better than this, and itâs perfect! Thanks for your reply ...
I love stories like these. Your 1815 really is a classic. What's not to like? The part of your story where you said you previously got an older YG 1815 from a friend resonates as well. I recently did that too and wear it quite frequently. ...
Your 1815 u/d is beautiful! I love the way Lange does the power reserve . Brings back very fond memories of my YG 36 mm. Do I see blued hands on yours? Itâs the YG version? Enjoy that treasure!
The Lange strap is a little dressy. So I immediately switched it up. Itâs a Molequin granite nubuck and is surely amongst the highest quality straps Iâve ever owned!
It's obvious from your post how much you really love this watch, it's also easy to understand why this beauty touches you so much. Also that strap looks really good on this watch, wear it in good health. Marc
For my part i acquired my first Lange recently ... A rose gold Lange1 ... Even if it's a priori a " dress " watch, i like to wear it in a very casual way ... I think that it's how we wear our watches that matter most .. ...
Iâm jealous! Not only do you have this spectacular 1815, it appears youâve had some strap combo training from the master himself, Yacomino!đ Love this combo!đ€ Love reading this, my friend!!! Enjoy and have a great weekend!!!đ»
Yes, I learn from the best đ Itâs a Molequin Granite Nubuck, I love it and it oozes quality! Hopefully we can both enjoy the mild weather this weekend, I saw 60 and 65. HAGWE my friend ! đ»
