The company info on Alchron is sparse ...
... other than that it had been subjected to the same tests as the common steel case material normally is (corrosion, magnetism, hardness according the Vickers test). I assume it has similar attributes, the only thing that is emphasized by Zenith is that it dampens magnetic fields better than steel.
I am not really convinced that the Stratos series will prove to be the Rainbow's successor, due to its size. However, this will be left to the test of time.

When will they Announce the new watches
When will zenith announce the watches that u couldn't tell us about. Do u have a rough time frame of when that will happen next week, next month, tomorrow. Also for anybody in the NYC area will the show them at timecrafters.
