The 146 also makes sense for Italy, since they used the Cairellis before. Or concurrently...
The black coating would be quite early for the 1970s, though - was much rarer back then I guess. Just saw Porsche Design advertising that they were the first ones to launch an all black watch in 1972. Not sure if it's correct, though
