Advice needed!
Hello all,
I've been going back and forth on the Zenith Type 20 Extra Special bronze since the day it was released. I really love the watch but for some reasons find it small on my 7.25" flat wrist.
Already own these and felt that the 45mm bronze would fit in nicely

What do you think?

As far as fit and size it suits your wrist well.
But you already have two watches in the same vein (coming from a guy who does the same thing collecting almost identical Rolex watches - sorry I digress). Is there another Zenith you have in your sights on... Bill

Well at the moment it's the only zenith model I really love simply because it's bronze and because it's a pilot. I'm kinda crazy about pilot watches LOL All this so called "collecting more of the same" started with me when I got hit by the Panerai disease...
I caught the Panerai disease just after you in 2005. Infection stopped by 2010.
Some of old boys. Sounds like the Zenith will be on your wrist for the summer so we can enjoy the aging process to build patina. Panerai Pam 127 Pam 249 Pam 127 ...

The Bronze will age well and give a unique patina over time. As a slight change have you considered a IWC Big Pilot 5002 model? 46mm and lovely brown leather strap on original models (2004/5) . Not too much difference in price vs the Zenith Extra Special ...

The Bronze case will change quite "dramatically" in a couple of months... ;-)
So you don't really know, how it will look like... It will change towards darkish and it will definitely suite the case size and style perfectly. Also it will become much more a real tool watch! Have a look in the internet for pictures of aged bronce case...

The bronze aging process will never stop developing which is the reason why I'm keen on getting one. On top of it just like you mentioned, the overall design of the watch matches perfectly the aging and patina.
Size is perfect ...
... but for me, the three would be too similar complication-wise. If it should be another pilot, the annual calendar would be the perfect addition. I had it on my wrist wonce, and it is an absolutely great watch. Marcus
Not a huge fan of the annual calendar.
Besides I already have the 48mm DLC. So 2 of the same size is not what I'm looking for unless we're talking about the Type 20 tourbillon titanium/rose gold which is on a different level all together Laurent
