Exactly what I was trying to say. That overlap works perfect and the functions are a hundred percent. Why o why did they do a new o erlap system? Makes absolutely no sense. Must have been a brain fart on the design teams side. With all the great watches there putting out. All we can hope for is a new dial layout In 2012.
For all of those who do own these models how hard was it to get over the design? Also would it be better to wait for next year or just deal with what is out there.(not that I'm getting two zenith this yea( haven't finished paying of the first one
but nevertheless should I wait and see or is that dial overlap here for the foreseeable future?

I'm not a fan of this type of overlap. I could tolerate the seconds minutes over hours one. The Captain Chrono and Defy handle the issue well by reducing the size of the hour subdial. But also the date at 6 is a serious problem for me.
