...in the world of classic car collecting and the sporting world - that of the "prix d'honneur". It is often awarded to someone who is so much in a league of their own that they habitually take out first prize in any competition they enter. Think of Ralph Lauren's Bugatti 57SC Atlantic, or of soccer legend Pele. That gives ordinary mortals a fair crack at the contest!
You, Gary, can rightly claim the PPro photography prix d'honneur, the PPro passion prix d'honneur, the PPro Indie champion prix d'honneur and the PPro wristscan prix d'honneur. Against the odds, you're also a heck of a nice guy. Now: get out of here and give some other sucker a fighting chance! ;-)

The best catch for the year for sure
I start to understand the process of hunting for vintage - although this isn't a vintage, it's certainly more challenging than just walking into a store and picking a new one up. I love this one too :-)
