Technique
Quick selected the brightest areas on the upper left hand side of the dial, lowered the exposure level, then quick selected the window with the city names, turned down the brightness, and turned up the contrast.
My intent was to get rid of the areas of the dial that were close to being blown out, and I also tried (not entirely successfully) to get rid of the reflection off the crystal in the upper part of the watch.
Photoshop is really a sickness -- like plastic surgery, it's easy to do too much!

64 constellation for me as it arrived yesterday
