Second place goes to nomadgiles for this shot of his Girard Perregaux Gyromatic, presented by slightly mysterious statue. A perfect color composition made this one almost the winner...
... if there had not been Abel‘s (subexplorer) Rolex GMT captured in this shot. I love the fact that it does not have the correct bezel, because enjoying a watch is not about perfection but a smile on your face once you glance at it. The very positive character of this photo gave me a smile, so it’s my choice for first place.
