Nilo's first verdict as a moderator goes to . . .
. . . Alain for Watch of the Week.
"Art,
Since we are switching this night to daylight savings, I believe it is better to send my vote now (I may sleep too much this night - or too little).
My Watch of the Week goes to the watch of 'alain2701'. I believe that everyone here has some fatal attraction to vintage Longines chronographs and this one is a very nice piece. Amazing dial, wrapped by a strap that complements and enhances the watch.

My congratulations to 'alain2701'.
As a second place, it should be a tie if the first one was not a Longines, goes to our great Hunter, Mr. Graham, a k a G99.
His flair for unknown brands is amazing and he is, for sure, the best hunter (on the British tradition) that I know here.
The Jacquet+Girard Airvac 400 is in amazing condition and is a true
La Montre Du Futur Pour L'Homme (pardon my French).

That is it.
Have a great Sunday.
Nilo"
Thanks, Nilo. There were two truly exceptional watches displayed this week (well, six, if you count all that were depicted!), the Haldimanns in Thomas's submission . . .

. . . and the triple-axis Prescher tourbillon in Tim's.
Our Static Photo judge is in transit, and we should hear from him shortly.
A pleasant Sunday to all!
