Let me play with two of my 'oldest' Patek this week, as I immediately liked their new shoes and never went back to the original ones:
Patek 5119R and 5124G, for which I asked for some light blue and flashy red new shoes, respectively (both kindly sent complimentary by Patek), so to make their looks a tad less formal... Cheers.

Unfortunately, one can never be too careful these days.
