Graham, I have had 4 Lotus and the saying is correct
most of the time.
This car, after being worked on fairly seriously for 2 years has been completely reliable.
Except the new top is still in the box, the headlights don't work (except in the garage at home), the starter struggles, and the doors don't close completely.
Otherwise, it's great.

Hi Art, Well I suppose there is a story, but in many ways the “charms of vintage Rolex”, as you say, are apparent in the picture I posted. Namely the wonderful plexiglass that bends and morphs the dial when viewed at different angles and the creamy butter...
