Exploring my UG from the surface to a deep dive...
First some static pictures:
I wanted to continue the seasonal colors theme, so I put my UG on on old tree when a little brown Ant climbed onto the glass, just the time to take one shot, no time to set up the camera, and it was gone, thanksfully the snap is in the camera with a slight blur as you can see the legs of the ant move!...
A couple of weeks ago there was a thread about "Patina", here are some pics about "movement patina":

. . . once the G O collection is complete, there's room for one more modern piece in my collection, and it will be a tool / sports / utility watch. Leaning towards a modern Omega, possibly a Grand Seiko.

Apparently the first ones had standard dial brackets, but the movement of the lunette in setting the alarm (I spoke inexactly when I said the alarm was set by the bezel) sometimes caused the dial to slip. This according to Horlbeck's treatise, the Alarm W...
