Announcing Theme for next WS edition for next Friday 22nd till Sunday 24th. "Four Watches - Four Seasons"
Hello friends! I will have the pleasure to be your host for next weekend WS event starting on Friday 22nd and ending on afternoon of Sunday 24th.
The Theme is "Four Watches - Four Seasons". The challenge is to share with us four watches of your collections which you feel represent the four seasons: Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring.
In my personal experience while viewing my watches I tend to subjectively associate certain timepieces with a particular Season due to some particular feature: design, dial colors, etc.
e.g. from my watch box:
Summer: Rolex Submariner
Autumn: Panerai Pam 968 Brown Bronzo
Winter: GS Snow Flake
Spring: Omega Speedmaster Racing dial Japan Edition 2004.
I will explain why I connect each of these watches with the Seasons in my opening post on Friday and also will be delighted to read our participants explaining their own watch/seasons connections as well as their pictures.
