A notice to all judges (see inside)
A judge was sitting in his chambers when two attorneys were shown in by the bailiff.
He looked sternly at the two and said "Attempts have been made to bribe the court! Attorney McLaren has offered me a bribe of $10,000 to sway my verdict. Attorney Ferrari has offered me $15,000 to adjudicate in his favor."
He continued, "After some consideration I am returning $5000 to Attorney Ferrari, and we will continue on with this case, considering both sides equally and justly. That will be all, gentlemen."
