Most regulation should be through the balance
The Gyromax balance blocks will be the first point of regulation for common issues of rate. If the Geneva-style screwed stud holder (your arrows) is accessed for regulation of any kind, it might be underneath the structure with a view to correcting beat error. But for most adjustments, this is a free-sprung architecture that is tailored by changing the moment of inertia with the mobile eccentric balance blocks.
