May just require cleaning and lubrication
There's no way to guess what parts may be required without taking it apart and examining it, but sometimes a loss of amplitude and accuracy just indicates that the lubricants have exceeded their useful lifespan. A qualified watchmaker should be able to get it back to COSC specs.
