After years of searching I now have a new and never used Aceria F1 milling machine. It came with some accessories but not all, now I am on the hunt for W12 collets and a rotary table. I set it up yesterday, oiled the spindle as I am sure after 50 years th...  

As you see no CNC for me, all made traditionally using hand operated machines. Initially I will use it to make the watch plates and bridges and possibly wheels and pinions. The Aciera is a very accurate machine.

i notice that the table has a imperial graduated dial for the table-i assume that you will be making the watch plates and bridges and wheels and pinions from plans. will this mean that you use imperial measurement plans or are they metric -maybe getting a... 

plans with dimensions for any part i want to make. I work in metric and in imperial if necessary, I will be fitting a DRO to the F1 as it makes life much easier .
