Overseas on rubber strap

 

I have always kept my Overseas on the steel bracelet, which is the best I've ever worn...but I'm also a fan of rubber straps.  Since I had my watch serviced a few months ago, I've become a bit over-cautious about getting scuffs or scratches on the beautiful brushed bracelet.  I figured this would be a nice change of pace and a better option for the summer months.  I had seen how nice the Deep Stream looked on rubber but wasn't sure if this dial would work as well.  Thanks to Bill I went for it and couldn't be happier.

 

I have to say, in real life it looks excellent.  The integrated style really works on this watch and fits perfectly.  The deployant is finished beautifully and the cross design adds a unique touch to the buckle.  Even though it's on a rubber strap, the watch still looks appropriate for most occasions.  The Overseas is so versatile, it's fantastic.
