Vacheron Constantin presents the new self-winding ultra-thin Calibre 2550, the culmination of 7 years of development. This innovative movement, which combines a micro-rotor, a suspended double barrel, and a compact single-level gear train, offers an impressive 80-hour power reserve and a thickness of just 2.4 mm. The Calibre 2550 makes its debut in a new 39.5mm-diameter watch in 950 platinum: the Overseas Self‑Winding Ultra‑Thin. |

...Patek seems scared to death of them these days...
Let's be fair: the 2550 features two (or 1,5) inward angles, whereas the PP and LUC feature none.
But I still don't like the balance wheel bridge very much. And I don't understand the lack of consistency: why some sharp outward angles on the ratchet wheel bridge and note on the upper and lower ones? I'm perplexed... ...
