I’m the happy owner of exactly that same piece.
And I can guarantee you one thing: it’s such an incredible pleasure to wear it.
When you wear it you will feel an incredible sense power, heritage and sheer pleasure whilst you realize that it is not an obnoxious watch. Not in your face.
People who know watches will recognize it immediately. Those who don’t will not notice what is in your wrist.
About 5 years back I was “getting into” watches and the very first time I walked into a VC AD, I saw this time piece behind glass. I looked at it and thought: wow.
When I tried it on, it was like love on first sight.
Four years later, last year August I turned 60 and my wife had bought me this magnificent time piece.
The folks at VC where do kind to make a special engraving in it.
I wanted the words: “Tempus indefinite” or time is endless. But that didn’t fit. So in turn I asked to engrave the hands of the watch to symbolize the word Tempus. And next to it the mathematical symbol for indefinite.
It is a dream piece. Although not a limited edition, the sheer value ensures it will remain an exclusive piece. The changes you’ll be at a function where doneerde is wearing the same watch is very slim.
Having said that at the last dubai watch week I was at the VC event and a friend of mine from KSA was there, wearing same watch (i belief they have sold 3 in this region).
All I can say is that this was - is - will be my grail watch.

Wow, great story, I must mention it to my wife, she can start saving now:). Fantastic piece, i saw this in an AD and its just perfect. I'm sure the feel good factor must be amazing. Many years ago on this forum
