Wow, that is nice! I have seen a few 453/454 movements with the Geneva Seal, very rare, but the watch is from the 1960's. That is the latest version of that movement that I have ever seen. The striated dial surface is quite typical of the period. Looks to... 

thank you, very much for your comment - I already thought nobody is able to enjoy it, quite rare is one thing - one of the last another.

As far as I understand, there is no provement that the movement Cal. K453/3BW was used by Vacheron at all. There are several watches in the Internet for acution even at Antiquorum. Anybody qualified infos about that?

I think that the caliber number must be an artifact of it being such a late period movement. It's interesting, but no, I don't think it is fake.
