The damage to the dial means that either (a) you wear the watch as it is or (b) you have (at least) the dial repaired.
If you're happy with (a), fine. If you opt for (b), then the numerals will have to be removed, their feet replaced, corrosion arrested on both sides of the dial and the face of the dial re-painted - expert and expensive work. Watches with dials in such co...
