We don’t see the leather strap that often on the forum. Doesn’t mean people don’t wear it haha.

The strap I used most of all 3 is indeed the rubber strap.

I actually like the leather strap a lot better then the rubber, there is very simple reason for mostly wearing rubber strap (imagine how weird this sentence would read if you delete the last word “strap”):

And that’s our climate. I live in Dubai, summertime day temperatures 50 or more, at night it cools down to a comfortable 40 but humidity goes up to 70-80%.

Or take today 27 November the high was 29 and right now at 19.00 hrs (7 pm for our US friends) it’s still 26. Low temp tonight will be 23.

Wearing leather strap in such a climate (especially outdoors and isn’t the OS designed to be outside) is killing and will reduce strap life span by 50%. And as you know these things don’t come cheap

Keep those summer temperatures in mind and imaging wearing the metal strap with 50 degrees. The official temp is measured in shadow at 1 meter above ground
The real temperature on the street in between a forest of skyscrapers and tarmac roads is much higher. Highest I’ve ever seen was 64 (to avoid confusion I’m talking centigrade)

If you wear the metal strap it will burn your skin I’m not kidding

And that’s why daytime I wear rubber strap evening if indoors leather my metal strap is virtually unused in the box

There seems to be a general preference here for wearing the Overseas on bracelet, with rubber as a second choice. I haven’t seen many Overseas on leather straps in this forum. In my rotation, I also mostly wear steel and rubber (about even) but I do appre...

Definitely a good combo.

Probably the only reason why I change exclusively between bracelet and rubber is that I have quite a few other watches on leather strap to choose from. I do appreciate however the great versatility of the watch.

It looks surprisingly good in your picture! [nt]

It looks great on the leather strap and fits your wrist excellently. I have been wearing mine on rubber due to weather. Will try the bracelet next and then this elegant strap. Well done and wear it in good health! Ray

A watch that has been on my mind lately... Enjoy it, the leather is great for the winter time! Cheers

Living in Switzerland, it’s not a problem to use it even on the hottest summer days

I just like the versatility of this watch with the 3 strap options. Completely changes its character. I love it to easily dress up a jeans
