It is a wonderful VC to own, wear and treasure. If I could have only one modern VC, well, this might be the one I would choose. In fact, I did choose it four years ago with exactly that strategy in mind. But I mistakenly thought I could restrict myself to just one VC. Boy, was that a blunder of $$$$$ proportions.

Buying the 1921 when I did is one of the few smart moves I have made in this hobby. And it was smart for several reasons, at least for me. It remains a watch I continue to enjoy and feel passionate about even now several years later. Best, respo

I wait eagerly anticipating which VC will be your first. ;-) Between the 1921 and the Saltarello, I am not sure which one I would recommend first. The 1921 is still in production (although I kind of wish VC would end its production sooner rather than late...
