I don't claim to be an expert, but the watch sure looks right.

 

So does the movement. Only Vacheron will have the records to show whether that movement originally went in that case. Vacheron will make you a certificate (assuming that the case and the movement match), but I believe the cost is fairly fearsome. They are also not known for quickness, so you might be without the watch for quite a while.
