Hi David,
Congratulations on a fine watch. I have a book which puts your watch at somewhere between 1970- 1975 as per the movement number provided above, probably very close to 1970, if not that year itself. The book being a vintage watch book shows VC serials up to no further than 1970, giving serial numbers 560,000 to 585,000 as this watchmakers produce for the years 1965- 1970.
