Bond Street Boutique
Hello all - I have just collected my serviced and polished Overseas (pictured) from the V.C. Boutique in Bond Street London. I feel bound to sing the praises of the people there and the service they gave me, which was above all my expectations. Like us, they are watch enthusiasts. However, unlike some high end establishments they were warm, friendly and quite generous and the work they did for me cost far less than I had expected. Partly because they have a watch maker on site (picture is posted on the boutiques web site) and do not need to send to Switzerland for most situations. Sorry if this sounds like I am on commission but it was a joy and, if you have not been yet, I recommend you do.
I will stop going on now.

I suppose not all boutique service of same brand are created equal.
It's not surprising that you get more personal service at smaller boutiques. good service should be acknowledged because it is so important. Was this the first time?
My First Time
Hi - my first time in a way - needed to visit a few times for either service / polish / bracelet adjustment. Thought I needed an excuse, but they confirm always pleased for us to visit. Andy
