...we were there on a corporate event and we had our own bar on the beach for a few days. I asked the bartender for the recipe. He gave it to me and showed me how he made them. Unfortunately, I had already had too many and could never remember : )

Been to Monkey Pod and have had 1 or 10 of those drinks. They will knock you out after a few, but so tasty. Found a copy recipe online that was pretty close.
