After less than a year of waiting, the 222 arrived.
Actually i got it vefore christmas, but was way to busy to post it here.
Compared to the RO41, it is super comfoetable. Yes, i got the RO41mm too this year. It has been a busy year for my wallet. 🤣.
Sadly, 2 watches had/have to go bevause of this, precisely my two Roger Dubuis.
I hope.to find some time to make some better pictures in the coming days. The 222 feels beyond elegant. Superbly made.

Yes, i commute by train. I turn into a monkey if i go by car and theres a trafdic jam ahead. Not my thing. Maybe in an Alpine that would be differently 😎
270yr stamp on the back:
It was confirmed to me, that all watches which will be delivered from January will not have the "270" stamp on the back. Chocolate by Spruengli, made for VC ! ...
After getting both almost at the same time, i am.100% on the side of VC.
VC is some much more slim, refined, elegant, etc. The RO41 screams to much "look at me"! 🤣
I just congratulated on the AP 15500 post.
Congrats on this one too. Very complimentary watches IMHO; the bracelet and dial and bezel are so so different between the two
Okay, okay — this is amazing — a far better wrist presence than the AP IMHO (although I will admit I have never warmed up to the AP aesthetic).
I agree about the “270 Hallmark” — good for you. I had the chance to try watch on in yellow gold in Copenhagen, but I passed. I also learned that VC 1921 Historiques has a special embellishment on the movement—the Geneva stripes have a more wave pattern —...

The YG is amazing! The still is more.of a under the radar daily wearer. Havent taken it off since i got it. Its an interessting situation to get two watches you wanted at the very same time. You immediatelly (have to) pick a favourite. For.me.its the VC!
