What a beautiful and classy looking Ulysse Nardin Berlin Chronosplit.
I think that is the nicest of all the Ulysse Nardin watches I have so far seen, it really is just stunning and I love the clear dial layout plus of course the guilloche dial and mother of pearl sub dials it really looks like a very special watch.

The thing that would bother me, I think, is the thickness (14 mm).
I would have to see it in person, judging from photos is too uncertain.
