I had the same problem with the San Marco GMT and the GMT Perpetual, the latter was serviced in Weil am Rhein and it was a complete disaster. The perpetual was finally fixed in Le Locle, the San Marco GMT was serviced in Le Locle and looked awry after I changed the time zone and iI sent it back. It would be good to have them or Dr Ochslin to improve the brainwave....I'd definitely go back - it probably doesn't get better over time.
