Mine has recently returned from company service. I was glad to hear mechanics was in a great shape and no updates were necessary. BTW, service price with or without update is the same. What a fantastic watch/ art piece!

Maybe Watches of Switzerland desires to have its own brands and so buy a majority stake. WoS have the retail footprint and already has inventory.
