Short of being visible from the back side only, not many options.

+1 on the tourbillon on the backside, but as I said before, here I would gladly make an exception. [nt]

I love the tourbillon on the back side, like the new Glashutte model has. But in reality, most tourbillons are visible from the front and do have a hole through the dial.

In general, I would prefer the tourbillon..
